Take Your Game Further
Structured coaching for your U7/8 player
The U7/8 Development Squad sits alongside grassroots football, not instead of it, giving players structured, high-energy sessions focused on development and enjoyment. Technical skill work builds strong foundations on the ball, small-sided games and regular game nights build match confidence, and every player gets an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to guide their progress, all without the pressure of a weekly fixture.

Before You Book
A few quick questions parents ask
Does my child need to already play for a grassroots team?
No, Development Squads is open to any player in the right age band, playing for a grassroots team isn’t a requirement to join.
What happens if my child moves up an age band mid-season?
Players finish out the season in their current age band, then move up to the next one at the start of the following season.
Is there a minimum term for the £20 a month, or can I cancel anytime?
No minimum term, cancel anytime. It’s billed monthly, so you’re still responsible for the month you’re currently in.
Can I bring a sibling along to watch?
Of course, we actively encourage it. Siblings are welcome to watch pitchside with a parent or carer.
What happens if it's raining, or a session can't go ahead?
