About the JCSS Academy Programme
JCSS Academy is designed to provide a high-performance environment where players can maximise their development and push their game to the next level. Sessions are delivered in small, age-appropriate groups, allowing for focused coaching and individual attention.
Each player takes part in weekly 90-minute sessions centred around high-intensity technical development, with every session built to challenge, develop and accelerate progress. Players follow an Individual Development Plan and receive a personalised JCSS player profile, using the FA 4 Corner Model to track and support development across all areas of the game.
We place a strong emphasis on communication and growth, with regular feedback and reviews for both players and parents. This ensures a clear understanding of each player’s progress and creates a supportive environment for long-term improvement.
