JCSS Academy

JCSS Academy is our highest level programme, designed for committed players aged 7–13 who are serious about their development and ready to train in a high-performance environment.

Delivered in small, focused groups, players take part in weekly 90-minute sessions centred around high-intensity technical training, designed to challenge and accelerate progress. With a limited number of places available, every player receives detailed coaching and individual attention.

Each player works towards their Individual Development Plan (IDP) and receives a personalised JCSS player profile, using the FA 4 Corner Model to track development and set clear, achievable targets.

We place a strong emphasis on communication and growth, with regular parent and player reviews, providing clear feedback and ongoing support throughout each player’s journey.

Players also gain access to exclusive events, matches and Academy experiences, creating a clear pathway for those looking to progress further in their football journey.

• Time: 4:30 – 6:00PM
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Price: £25 per month
• Entry: Invite only or via trial
• Limited to 16 players
