About the U11/12 Development Programme

Our Development Pathway at U11/12 is focused on preparing players for the next stage of their football journey, with a strong emphasis on performance, consistency and game understanding. At this level, sessions are designed to refine technical ability, develop tactical awareness and improve decision-making under pressure in a structured environment. Players continue to follow their individual development plan, building the discipline, confidence and game intelligence needed to progress into higher levels of football.

Our coaching team is packed with experience, and Jack brings a standout background as a former First-Team Opposition Analyst for Chorley F.C and Video Scout for International organisation’s. He uses his tactical knowledge and game insight to make every session smarter and more effective.

International Coaching Experience

Jack has coached across 12 U.S. states and Canada with Challenger Sports, helping players prepare for elite pathways like the U.S. college system. He’s also led teams in national competitions against top-level opposition, bringing valuable insights to our sessions.
