About the U9/10 Development Programme

Our Development Pathway at U9/10 builds on strong foundations, helping players develop greater confidence, consistency and understanding of the game. At this stage, sessions focus on refining technical ability, improving decision-making and introducing more tactical awareness in a structured environment. Players continue to work towards their Individual Development Plan, developing good habits, game intelligence and the skills needed to progress into older development squads.

Our coaching team is packed with experience, and Jack brings a standout background as a former First-Team Opposition Analyst for Chorley F.C and Video Scout for International organisation’s. He uses his tactical knowledge and game insight to make every session smarter and more effective.

International Coaching Experience

Jack has coached across 12 U.S. states and Canada with Challenger Sports, helping players prepare for elite pathways like the U.S. college system. He’s also led teams in national competitions against top-level opposition, bringing valuable insights to our sessions.
