We’re after committed, reliable, enthusiastic coaches who want to be part of a genuine community team, not just cover sessions. You’ll deliver football provision across Skegness and Wainfleet, working alongside experienced coaches from day one, with a real path to grow into a bigger role as we do. We’re currently the fastest-growing coaching provider in the area, so this is a good time to get in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver 45-60 minute sessions that stay fun, safe and genuinely engaging.
- Build real relationships with the players, not just run the drill sheet.
- Work alongside the wider coaching team, covering sessions when needed.
- Help with setup, kit and equipment before, during and after sessions.
- Keep safeguarding, safety and wellbeing front and centre, every session.
What We're Looking For
- Some experience working with young people, ideally in sport or football.
- FA Level 1 (or Introduction to Coaching Football) — other sport coaching quals also count in your favour.
- Reliable, organised, and someone the kids can genuinely look up to.
- Open-minded, a growth mindset, and comfortable working in a diverse team.
- One reference from a past employer or peer coach (not friends or family).
